Veneno Honey Thyme Veneno Spritz
Say hello to your new favorite summertime beverage. This recipe is fruity, sweet, and bubbly.
Honey Thyme Syrup
- ½ cup of Water
- ½ cup Honey
- 6 Sprigs Fresh Thyme
- Add all ingredients to a pot and bring to a simmer until the honey has dissolved. Remove from heat and let rest for 30 minutes
- Strain out thyme leaves and transfer liquid to an airtight container
- 1 ½ oz Veneno Blanco
- ¾ oz Fresh Lime Juice
- ¾ oz Fresh Grapefruit Juice
- ½ oz Cointreu
- ½ oz Honey Thyme Syrup
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker, add ice and shake.
- Strain into a highball glass and top with Topo Chico and a sprig of fresh thyme!
